1.3. The wording of these Conditions has been prepared in order to comply with current legislation. However, in case of doubt or lack of definition, the mandatory rules provided for in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce shall prevail; Law 56/2007 of December 28, on Measures to Promote the Information Society; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users; Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and any other legal provisions that may be applicable.

1.4. Any order made to ES XIRINGUITO through the website www.esxiringuitoibiza.es is subject to these Conditions. Having placed an order, the CLIENT acknowledges having read, understood and accepted them.

1.5. In order to enjoy some advantages such as payment in cash or with food vouchers in our online store, it is necessary that the CLIENT has previously registered and has opened a personal account on the website www.esxiringuitoibiza.es. The CLIENT is the one who must ensure the accuracy and veracity of the data provided when registering, and that they are updated when a modification occurs.

1.10 The right of withdrawal will not be applicable because the service provided by ES XIRINGUITO to the CLIENT is found within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal stipulated in art. 104 section d) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that: “The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.”

2.2. The CLIENT will place their orders through the forms and following the indications contained in the aforementioned website.

2.3. The minimum order will be the one indicated on the website www.esxiringuitoibiza.es.

2.4. The CUSTOMER will be responsible for entering in the order form a recipient of the shipment, its delivery address, choosing a day and a time slot for said delivery and communicating the valid contact numbers that allow them to be located during business hours. The recipient’s number will be used to contact him at the time of delivery, by call or SMS message. No order will be processed without these essential data, in addition to the rest indicated during the purchase process.

2.5. The customer will always have the possibility of receiving advice during the purchase process, by calling the customer service telephone number. This will also be the means of communication with the customer in the event of any eventuality that occurs during the shipment.
